HOW DO I GET A DISCOUNT CODE?Updated a month ago

To receive a discount code, you can sign up to our mailing list or via SMS texts at ecoya.com

From there, our team will send you a unique discount code to your email/phone number. Please note, this may take 1 hour to appear in your inbox. Occasionally the email may end up in your Junk or Spam folder, please let us know if you experience any difficulties.

Once you receive your discount code, you can enter this at the checkout. If you are on mobile, the discount code can be entered under 'order summary' at the checkout.

For further discounts, you can also join Club ECOYA. This loyalty program allows you to collect points for each purchase you make. These points can then be redeemed for discounts at the checkout. For more information, click here.

Please note, discount codes are unable to be used on already discounted items, including during promotional periods.
